Terms
The terms below cover use of this website and the commitments EYB states publicly. Any engagement is governed by the written contract signed before work begins, which takes precedence over this page.
Quotations
Any figure produced by the package builder is indicative. It reflects the options you selected at the prices published at that moment and is not a binding offer. The scope and the final price are confirmed in writing after the 30-minute conversation.
Payment
Project fees are paid in three stages: 25% as the initial investment, 25% on delivery, and 50% on your first order. If we do not generate your first online order within 30 days of launch, the final 50% is not payable. Recurring services are billed monthly and are separate from that split.
Ownership
Everything we build for your business remains yours — brand assets, creatives, and the website — whether or not the final payment becomes due.
This website
The text, design, and code of this site belong to EYB. Case studies are published with the client's permission. We may change what is offered and what it costs at any time; the prices shown here are the current ones.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
